We will ship all packages on Wednesday. It will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Shipping times may vary.

Shipping is free on any order $100 and above. Any purchases under $100 will have a $7.75 shipping fee added.

Yes you can. The prices for insurance coverage will vary depending on the amount of coverage that you need. To be contacted about insurance costs please click the add note link on the check out page and let us know.

We are sorry to say that we only sell unique one of a kind pieces on our website. Once an item has been sold we will not have it again. Don't miss out on owning that special piece that calls to you, we can't promise that it will be around for long.

We understand that it can be difficult purchasing jewelry without the ability to try it on. With that in mind we will accept returns if the piece that you purchased is not to your liking. All returns must be within 30 days of purchase

Pendragon also stands by all our jewelry. If there is any defect in your purchase you may return it for either a full refund, exchange, or we will repair it depending on the defect.

You must contact us within 30 days of purchase for the correct address to ship your returned item. We are constantly traversing the country doing shows, so we can't maintain a dedicated return address.
